Your own activities, out of Strava and onto your device

Strava's own export only gives you one activity at a time from deep inside its settings, and its full account archive is an all-or-nothing request that can take a day to arrive. This tool sits in between: connect once, and your most recent activities show up filterable and sortable right there, with a Load more button whenever you want to pull in older ones.

Beyond a name search and sport filter, you can narrow the list down by an actual date range and by dragging the distance and duration sliders to just the stretch you're after, in any combination. The results table itself sorts by clicking any column header, including elevation gain, so you can pull up the hilliest ride or the flattest commute without it needing its own filter.

One format picker above the list controls every download, defaulting to GPX, the format almost everything else can read, with TCX and FIT one click away if that's what you need instead. Every activity keeps its own small download icon next to it. Nothing downloads in bulk and nothing is saved on our side; each file comes straight from Strava into your browser the moment you click.

How it works

  1. Connect your Strava account. One click, read-only, revoke it any time from Strava's own settings.
  2. Filter and sort your list. Sport, date range and distance/duration sliders to filter, any column header to sort.
  3. Download any activity. Pick a format above the list, GPX by default, then tap its download icon.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is connecting my Strava account safe?

Yes. It uses Strava's own login screen (read-only access), we never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time from your Strava account settings.

Do you store my Strava data?

No. Your activity list and the files you download are fetched straight from Strava into your browser and never saved on our side.

Why does it download as GPX by default?

GPX is the format almost every route tool, watch and platform can read, so it's the safest default. TCX and FIT are one click away in the format picker above the activity list if you need those instead.

Can I download several activities at once?

Not in bulk, on purpose. Every activity gets its own Download button, so it's always clear exactly which file you're getting and in which format.

Why are some of my activities missing from the list?

Only activities with recorded GPS data are shown, since a route file needs coordinates to export. Manual entries and indoor sessions without GPS won't appear.

Does it load my whole Strava history at once?

No, it starts with your 200 most recent activities. A Load more activities button underneath the list fetches the next 200 whenever you want older ones, rather than pulling your entire account in on every visit.

Does this work for activities that came from another app?

Yes. As long as an activity is on your Strava account and has GPS data, it doesn't matter whether it was originally recorded on a Garmin, a phone app or anything else.
