You left the Champs-Élysées, spotted the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadéro at km 14, and found the Seine embankment somewhere around km 22: the stretch where the city goes quiet and the plane trees line both banks. Over 50,000 runners from 160 countries ran the same roads. Your GPS trace is yours alone. Turn it into something worth keeping.

Paris is one of the largest marathons on the calendar: AIMS Gold Label, 50,000+ runners, 160 countries on the start line. A poster built from their exact course data, with their name and finish time, is a gift that stays on the wall long after the medal goes in a box.
“I ordered this as a gift for my partner after he ran Paris. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the detail is remarkable. You can see every twist of the course, and having his finish time printed on it made it personal. He immediately knew where it was going on the wall.”

The race
The Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris is 42.195 km of April Paris: spring plane trees in leaf, morning light on the Seine, the Champs-Élysées as both start and finish. It is one of the few marathons where the city itself competes for your attention, even when your lungs are burning.
The race leaves and returns to the world's most famous avenue. The Arc de Triomphe at your back at the start, the crowd roaring you home at the finish. The course is a loop, but it doesn't feel like one.
Near the Trocadéro, you get the classic frontal view of the Eiffel Tower at close range. Millions of tourists wait in line for that view. You run past it at race pace in the April morning light.
The quietest and most beautiful section of the race. Eight kilometres along the river bank, away from the crowds, with willows and stone quays on both sides. The point where Paris stops performing and just exists around you.
Paris's largest park appears early and again near the finish. The tree canopy, the gravel paths, the sudden stillness after the city noise. It changes the rhythm of the race each time you enter.
An AIMS Gold Label race with one of the most international fields in marathon running. The start on the Champs-Élysées is a spectacle even before the gun goes off. Paris handles scale well.
Upload your Strava activity or GPX file and the poster shows your exact path. Every slight deviation, every detour around a water station. Add your finish time and name. This is your race, not a stock illustration.

Swap the map background, change the route's color and thickness, edit your name and finish time, resize or flip the orientation, drop in a photo taken near the Eiffel Tower or under the Arc de Triomphe, and add stats like distance or pace. Everything updates in the preview before you commit to an order.
Paris is scenic enough on its own, past the Eiffel Tower and down the Champs-Élysées, that most people just want that single loop through the city standing alone on the wall. Heatmap mode makes more sense if you're combining Paris with other races or a training block, where the point is showing volume rather than one specific course.
Because the course stays close to flat past the Champs-Élysées and around the Arc de Triomphe, elevation coloring won't show much variation here. Pace coloring can still be worth trying if your effort changed noticeably over the 42 kilometers, otherwise a plain line tends to look tidier on this course.
Paris Marathon GPX files are already loaded for the recent editions, since the course through the historic center hasn't changed much over the years. If yours isn't there, send us a note and we'll add it. That also makes it easy to order as a surprise: fill in their name, time and date once the rest of the design is already done.
